Dr. Rick McShane

Dr. Ricky McShane, DO

Owner, Medical Director of all US Business


Dr. Ricky McShane attended the University of Houston, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He later studied at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1996. In 1999, while serving as a staff member of San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, TX, Dr. McShane earned Board Certification in Family Practice from the American Board of Family Practice.

Dr. Ricky McShane has been practicing occupational medicine for over 20 years. He is the owner and director of Occucare International where he currently operates 6 clinics in Texas and Louisiana. Occucare also operates an occupational clinic in Dubai, which is the largest facility of its kind in all the Middle East.

Dr. McShane has been named the Corporate Medical Director for multiple national and international companies from coast to coast in industries such as construction, Department of Defense, and offshore drilling with over 100,000 employees under his and Occucare’s care. He is the Medical Control Officer over all the Paramedics and Forward Operating Bases throughout Afghanistan for Fluor. He maintains most all Global Off-Shore Medical Certifications and oversees remote paramedics on platforms and vessels world wide.

Dr. McShane demonstrates an extensive knowledge of work place injuries, medical and occupational risk management as well as OSHA and other government regulatory bodies. This experience and knowledge has led Occucare to become one of the leaders in the future of Occupational injury and risk management.

Daniel Foisie serves as Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer of Occupational Health International, Dubai. With over 20 years experience, he is a recognized leader in the occupational medicine industry.

George Brown

Dr. George Brown, MD

Medical Director of South East Texas


Dr. George Brown grew up in Waller County where he graduated with honors from Waller High School. He was awarded a full academic scholarship from Prairie View A&M University. While attending Prairie View he had the honor of performing research at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Brown graduated with honors with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Brown completed his Family Practice Residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown, Texas.

Dr. Brown is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Harris County Medical Association, as well as a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors, and a member of the Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers Compensation approved designated doctor list. He is currently the South East Texas Medical Director for Occucare International.
